We're lucky to have him here in Pittsburgh and appearing right here at Riverstone Books in McCandless on Saturday, May 7 at 3pm. Nick will meet fans, sign books, and talk about his writing. Nick Courage is a New Orleans-born writer—and aspiring skateboarder and baker!—who lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with his wife (the Young Adult novelist and literary agent Rachel Ekstrom Courage). You might also know him as the co-founder of Littsburgh.com. Nick's work has recently appeared in The Paris Review Daily, Story, and Writer’s Digest. The Loudness was his first novel for young readers. His last book, Storm Blown, was called a "must-have" by School Library Journal.
